Below is a list of quick, easy and convenient breakfast ideas that are healthy and yummy! 

  1. 2-3 organic cage-free eggs with organic turkey sausage and yogurt. (We recommend grass-fed organic yogurt or Daiya dairy-free yogurt).
  2. Veggie omelette (2-3 organic cage-free eggs with 1/2 an avocado and 1 cup of broccoli/other veggies of your choice) and 2-3 slices organic turkey bacon.

  3. Egg sandwich (1 Smartbun brand protein bun (Amazon), 1 organic cage-free egg (any style), 1/2 avocado, 2 slices organic turkey bacon, 1 slice organic grass-fed cheese or Daiya (dairy-free) cheese.

  4. Keto friendly/paleo pancakes (We recommend the Lakanto pancake mix with easy to follow instructions on the bag) with monk fruit sweetened Lakanto maple syrup and 2 organic cage-free eggs. 

  5. Protein shake (1 scoop of protein powder. Some powders we like using are Ancient Nutrition’s Organic Bone Broth, Orgain Grass-fed Whey or SFH Grass-fed Whey. Blend with 2 tablespoonfuls of organic no sugar added almond butter, 1/4 cup of organic frozen blueberries, 8 ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and ice.)

  6. Keto Friendly Oatless Oatmeal. (In a bowl mix 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed, chia seeds, unsweetened shredded coconut flakes and granulated monk fruit. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Add 1/4 cup of slivered almonds as a topping. If you cannot eat flax for health reasons use 1/2 cup of chia seeds instead.)

  7. Sweet Potato Turkey Bowl. (Heat 2 tbsp coconut oil to medium. Brown organic ground turkey in a pan. Once it is browned add in sliced or slivered cooked sweet potato. Add onion and salt/pepper to taste and mix together.)

  8. Breakfast burrito. (Scramble 2 organic cage-free eggs with 1/4 cup of organic red pepper and 1/4 cup red onion. Cook 2-3 slices of organic turkey bacon. Layer the eggs, veggies and bacon on the Siete almond flour wrap. Add 1/3 avocado, 2 tablespoons of organic salsa and a handful of organic spring mix.)

  9. Paleo “Instant” Waffles. (Birch Benders Paleo Toaster Waffles found at Mom’s Organic Market and eggs. 2 waffles with 1 tablespoon of organic grass-fed butter (Kerrigold), 1 tablespoon Lakanto “Paleo” syrup and 2 organic cage-free eggs.)

  10. Breakfast yogurt. (Use organic grass-fed yogurt, grain-free paleo granola like Paleokrunch, 1 squirt of liquid monk fruit and 1 tablespoon of coconut mct oil mixed in yogurt for a good source of healthy fat.) We like plain Wallaby organic yogurt, Siggi’s plain Icelandic yogurt, Trimona Bulgarian organic/grass-fed yogurt and Daiya vegan yogurt.
